At UrbanKicks Co., we carefully photograph and describe each pre-owned sneaker so customers can review the exact pair before placing an order.

Pre-Owned Condition

All sneakers are pre-owned unless specifically stated otherwise. Pre-owned shoes may show signs of previous wear, including marks, creasing, discoloration, sole wear, or other imperfections.

Please carefully review all product photos and the product description before placing your order. The exact pair shown in the listing is the pair you will receive.

Returns

Because our inventory consists primarily of unique, one-of-one pre-owned pairs, returns are generally not accepted simply because a customer changes their mind, selects the wrong size, or does not like the item's pre-owned condition after receiving it.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive an item that is significantly different from the product shown or described on our website, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue so that we can review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

If an approved return is required, we will provide the return instructions.
